Login History & Account Deletion

The Login History for the account can be reviewed from the My Preferences Accounts Menu. This is useful for checking that all access has been from a known location and IP Address. Additional information regarding successful login and the login method utilized is also available. The user can also force the logout of all sessions; this is useful if the user has been logging in from multiple platforms.

A Passpack account can also be entirely deleted from the My Preferences Accounts Menu. Deleting the account will permanently erase all information and subscription payment information related to it.

NOTE: The Delete operation CANNOT be undone once it has been completed.
