Plan Renewal Options

When a license is removed, it can be reallocated to another Team Member. If the license is not required, the billing will be adjusted accordingly at the end of the next billing cycle.

Administrators have several options for renewing the plan in the “Change Renewal” settings section.

Please see the options below for renewing your Passpack plan:

  • Auto-renew my contract. Extend your subscription for 12 months at the current number of licenses.

  • Downgrade Plan from Business to Teams Plan. You can step down to the Teams Plan if 20 or fewer licenses are utilized.

  • Cancel my Subscription. No future payments; access to account will stop at end of the subscription.

The Passpack system will display the amount due for the next invoice when your plan has been updated. Please view the subscriptions section after changes to the plan are completed and select “UPDATE SETTINGS.”
